Andy is Principal and Head of Business Development at AJO, where he focuses on building client relationships, fostering strategic partnerships, and strengthening connections across the firm’s coaching and business community. He joined the firm in 1991 and later served as second-generation Owner and President for nearly 25 years, leading a period of significant growth and service expansion. In 2022, he transitioned leadership to third-generation Owner Shannon O’Connor Bock and now focuses on business development and client partnerships.
